Description:First thing that happens is the scythes handle and blades switch spots as the trigger becomes part of the grip/handle. Second thing is a ball of lightning, blades and wind forms over the meister with a blue hue as a visor appears over ther meister's eyes allowing for greater Accuracy. And the third and final things is wind and lightning swirling around his feet letting him glide or skate over the ground increasing his speed as the bullets are made up of wind, lightning and blade elements.

Description:First thing that happens is the scythes handle and blades switch spots as the trigger becomes part of the grip/handle and the barrel glows as the blade become blade and become double their size. Second thing is a ball of lightning, blades and wind forms over the meister with a blue hue as a visor appears over ther meister's eyes allowing for greater Accuracy. Then wings attach to the meisters back that is made of blades glowing blue as wind and lightning dancing about them increasing cutting, range and adding a slight paralysis percentage as the meister gain the ability to then fly. As he flies weak to medium wind buffets around to throwing the weaker physical range attacks away, a chance of it anyway. The bladed bullets are then used as the metal surrounded by wind and the thunder strike move is used to launch them similar to a railgun that's been weakened considerably.
